The Supplier undertakes to transfer to the Customer the Product, name, quantity, total and unit cost, quality characteristics, which are established in the Specifications (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract), ... 1.1. The Supplier undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Customer, name, quantity, total and unit cost, quality characteristics, which are established in the Specifications (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract), as well as delivery, loading and unloading of the Goods. The Customer undertakes to accept the Goods of proper quality and pay for it in the manner and on the terms provided for in the Contract. 1.2. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements of other regulatory legal acts governing the procedure delivery of this type of Goods, establishing quality requirements for this type of Goods, in accordance with the terms of the Contract. 1.3. The supplied Goods must meet the quality and safety requirements of goods in accordance with applicable standards, approved for this type of Product, which must be confirmed by relevant documents drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
