The Supplier undertakes to transfer to the Customer the Product, name, quantity, total and unit cost, quality characteristics, which are established in the Description of the procurement object (Appendix No. 1 to... 1.1. The Supplier undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Customer, name, quantity, total and unit cost, quality characteristics, which are established in the Description of the procurement object (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract) and Specifications (Appendix No. 2 to the Contract), as well as delivery, loading and unloading work. The Customer undertakes to accept the Goods of proper quality and pay for them in the manner and on the terms provided for in the Contract. 1.2. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements of other regulatory legal acts governing the delivery procedure for this type of Goods, establishing quality requirements for this type of Goods, in accordance with the terms of the Contract. 1.3.
