This Negotiable Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Site Representative Services for Fraser Village Homes, Quesnel, BC. The Supplier will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important role and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day-to-day operations of the premises, including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. Ideally, the principal Site Representative will have a minimum of two years- experience. The Supplier and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to relate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive relations. Property Description Fraser Village Homes, located at 401, 441, 451, and 461 Front Street, Quesnel, BC, is a housing complex for Seniors and those with Disabilities. Fraser Village Homes consists of four (4) apartment buildings with 57 units total (48 bachelor units, and 9 one-bedroom units). There is one (1) elevator at 401 Front Street, at least two (2) common rooms, five (5) laundry rooms, and three (3) public washrooms.
