1) The City Government of Zamboanga, through the Annual Budget FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Seventy Pesos Only (P6, 725, 070.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fuel, Oil, and Lubricants Expenses under PR No. 100-26-02-0695. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for 103, 500 liters Diesel and 720 liters Gasoline. Delivery of the Goods is required Two Hundred Seventy-five Calendar Days (275 CDs). Bidders should have completed at least five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project and whose value must be equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC.
