PROJECT BACKGROUND: San Francisco Safehouse (SFSH) has selected AmOne Corporation as the General Contractor for the project at 101 Gough St. The project will have funding from the San Francisco Mayor-s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) and HUD Community Project Fund (CPF) and will have additional hiring and wage requirements which will be provided as an exhibit to this bid invitation. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Complete rehabilitation for 3-story building with basement, includes asbestos and mold abatement, structural improvement, electrical upgrade, new MEP system, new fire alarm and fire sprinkler system. Also provide new ADA accessible building entrance and accessible units. Replace all doors and door hardware throughout. Provide new kitchen cabinets, appliances and toilet accessories in units.
