100308 - C05120 - Multipurpose halls - Setermoen - Qualification phase - New announcement Two new multi-purpose halls are to be established in Setermoen Leir. These are the first of several planned multi-purpose halls in Setermoen camp. These two multi-purpose halls are planned to be built next to each other in a building mass. This is a purpose-built building for the Army's operations. The building is based on sole foundations. Parts of the building's walls and decks are built in concrete, the rest are built with light constructions with a support system in glulam and walls with timber structures. Exterior road-resistant surfaces must be established and technical infrastructure for the building will be brought forward. Defense Building has prepared an environmental follow-up plan, drawings and situation plan for the buildings that are attached to this invitation. The contract is carried out as a turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407. The buildings have a total area of approx. 4, 500 square meters BTA. Strong surfaces are to be worked up in connection with the halls. Technical infrastructure is to be established linked to the multi-purpose halls. environmental requirements, including solar panels on the roof, NZeb energy level and environmental requirements related to the implementation itself, see MOP for additional information.
