Subcontract 1: 100225 Skybreak and urban space project in the Mimersgade neighborhood Subcontract 2: Removal of district heating ducts in the Mimersgade neighborhood The skyscraper and urban space project is located in the Mimersgade neighborhood in Nørrebro in Copenhagen. It extends over Heimdalsgade, Slejpnersgade, Hamletsgade, Nannasgade and Vulkangade. The construction work takes place primarily on road areas, where consideration must be given to residents, shops, parking and traffic, both hard and soft road users. The workers will be: • Cloudburst protection when establishing roadbeds, cassettes and terrain basins in the project area. Total 1, 230 m3 delay volume. •1:1 restoration of pavements and roadways on Slejpnersgade and Nannasgade as well as 1:1 restoration and new cycle path on Hamletsgade. •Greening of the project area, including planting of approx. 60 trees and establishment of planting in and near roadbeds and in-ground basins. The undertaking is offered as one main contract with two contracting parties, HOFOR Fjernvarme P/S and Climate, the Environment and Technology Administration, and thus two partial agreements. Sub-agreement 1 concerns KTF's work, while sub-agreement 2 concerns HOFOR's work. In connection with the construction of the cloudburst protection in the Mimersgade neighborhood, it is necessary to partially remove disused concrete district heating ducts owned by HOFOR as well as disused pre-insulated district heating pipes in the project area. The work is carried out in several stages and is expected to be completed in the period 2026 to 2028.
