Capital Labs Project located in Ottawa ON will be the central portion of a hub science research project and will support science-based projects. The project includes construction of a new laboratory building of approximately 30, 000 sq meters with a dedicated central utility plant to support the laboratory system and approximately 3000 sq meters consisting of two farm buildings and a guard house.
