Quality insurance and warranty

Additional Requirements:

1. Bidder must provide ISO Certificate from its Panel Manufacturer - this is to ensure the quality of panel to be supplied.



Terms and Conditions:

1. Unit shall have one (1) year warranty. In case of defect within warranty period, supplier shall immediately

provide service unit and replace the damaged unit with a brand new one as soon as possible, not exceeding 90 days from receipt of written notice. Supplier must provide service unit.

2. No partial bid.

3. Delivery Point: BACIWA Main Office.

4. Delivery Period: 30 days upon receipt of Purchase order



Terms of Payment:

1. Payment shall be made 30 days upon receipt of billing statement supported by Project Completion Certificate.
