1. The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF TUGBUNGAN, through the AB FY 2021-2023 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P369, 500.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Capital Outlay - Other Property Plant and Equipment for PR No. 2024-0047. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF TUGBUNGAN now invites bids for the 1 unit Generator Light Tower. Delivery of the GOODS is required by Twenty (20) Calendar Days.
