INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT BRAND NEW STEAM BOILER, 30 BOILER HORSEPOWER, VERTICAL TYPE
The City of Dumaguete thru its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), invites all interested manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and/or distributors to apply for eligibility and to submit BIDS for the SUPPLY of:
1. 1 UNIT BRAND NEW STEAM BOILER, 30 BOILER HORSEPOWER
VERTICAL TYPE, MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE OF 100 PSI,
WITY FULLY AUTOMATIC ELECTRICAL CONTROLS, HYDRO TEST
PRESSURE OF 200 PSI; DIESEL FUEL FEED; EQUIPPED WITH FUEL
PUMP AND WATER FEED PUMP. THE EXHAUST
PIPE/CHIMNEY/STACK OF THE BOILER SHOULD BE AT LEAST ONE
(1) METER ABOVE ROOFING AND BOILER SHELL AND STEAM LINE
PIPINGS TO HEADER SHOULD ALSO BE INSULATED WITH FIBER
GLASS INSULATION., P2, 800, 000.00
NOTE: INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF THE 30 BOILER HORSEPOWER SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN BY SUPPLIER AT THE DUMAGUETE CITY SLAUGHTERHOUSE. FUEL LINE AND STEAM LINE SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE EXISTING FUEL LINE AND STEAMLINE (BOILER MAIN STEAM HEADER)

Purpose: Supply installation and commissioning of one(1) unit brand new diesel boiler (30 BHP).
APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: P2, 800, 000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City of Dumaguete now invites bids for 1 unit Brand New Steam Boiler, 30 Boiler Horsepower, Vertical Type, maximum working pressure of 100 PSI, with Fully Automatic Electrical Controls, Hydro Text Pressure of 200 psi; Diesel Fuel Feed; equipped with fuel Pump and Water Feed Pump. The Exhaust pipe/chimney/stack of the Boiler should be at least One (1) meter above roofing and Boiler Shell and Steam Line Pipings to Header should also be insulated with fiber glass insulation for supply installation and commissioning of one(1) unit Brand New diesel boiler (30) BHP of the Dumaguete City Slaughterhouse.
Bidders should have completed, within 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR-A) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the -A"Government Procurement Reform Act-A
