1. 3. Suppliers are required to submit the following prior to the notification by the BAC of the award: a) Valid and Current Mayor-s/ Business Permit (2026); and b) Valid and Current PhilGEPS Registration Certificate/ Number;
4.) Bids should be valid for 45 days counted from the deadline of submission.
5.) Warranty shall be for a period of six (6) months for Supplies & Materials, one (1) year for Equipment
from date of acceptance by the Procuring Entity.
