Description : PORTABLE GAS ANALYZER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
1. Measurement Principle
The analyzer uses any of the following principle of operation to detect and analyze CH4 concentration and at least two (2) criteria air pollutants (e.g. Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Ozone (O3), Ammonia (NH3) and Carbon Monoxide (CO)):
o Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) Spectroscopy;
o Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR);
o Electrochemical;
o Flame Ionization Detection (FID);
o Photoionization Detectors (PID);
o Gas Filter Correlation (GFC).
2. Detection Range and Sensitivity
• The analyzer is capable of detecting CH4 and at least two (2) criteria air pollutants levels from parts per million (ppm), micrograms per cubic meters to percentage volume.
• Measurement Range: 0 ppm to 100% by volume
• Response Time: no longer than 60 seconds
3. Calibration and Accuracy
• The calibration of the analyzer is conducted using known concentrations of CH4 and at least two (2) criteria air pollutants standards to ensure its accuracy. It also has zero-calibration and self-diagnosis functions....
