The object of the purchase is the organization of events and event related services. 2. Events are organized in conference halls or conference centers of at least 4-star hotels or in non-traditional spaces (for example, art centers, theater halls, museum rooms, exhibition halls, etc.). 3. The services will be purchased according to the needs of ŠMPF, we tentatively plan to organize 25 events per year. Appendix 1 presents the quantities of previous years' events and their distribution over the course of the year, as well as the current year's events plan. 4. Services duration of provision - 36 months. from the date of signing the service contract or until the contract amount is used up. 5. Place of provision of services - any place in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania (closed premises, public spaces in the city or countryside, etc.). Specific locations of Service provision are coordinated and determined by the Procuring Organization and the Service Provider during the confirmation of the Service order. Preliminarily, about 80 percent. events are planned to be organized in Vilnius or in areas up to 50 km away from Vilnius. 6. The purchase is not divided into parts. 7. At the supplier's request, advance payments can be provided for specific events (the amount of the advance does not exceed 30% of the contract value), the estimate of which is higher than EUR 20, 000.
