The Object of This Dynamic Procurement System, Hereafter Sda, Is The School Transport Service In The Region Of Vallès Oriental For The Achievement Of The Following Objectives: A) Select The Natural Or Legal Persons Who Can Provide The Service Of School Transport. B) Set the General Conditions of Award and Execution to which the Specific Contracts of the Sda. 2. The Vallès Oriental School Transport Service is for Transportation to a Public or Private Center Concerted, ordinary or special education of those students who do not have educational offers of their level in the municipality of residence and must attend school outside their municipality and of those students who despite having educational offers of their level in the Municipality of Residence, For Reasons of Dispersion Or For Special Circumstances, It Is Advisable To Move Them. In the same way, Non-University Post-Compulsory Education Students Can Use the Vallès Oriental School Transport Service in Operation Of The Availability Of Clear Places.
