1. The object of this contract is the supply, through purchase, of cranes and stair-climbing chairs for residences, owned by the Municipal Institute of Personal Services, from now on Imsp, in accordance with the terms of the Technical Prescriptions. The Supply Through Purchase Includes In Each Case The Delivery To The Center Or Installation Of The Imsp In Which It Is Treated, The Assembly And The Placement Of The Same In The Different Rooms Of The Building, As Well As The Removal Of The Elements To Be Replaced, The Transport Of The Same To The Corresponding Drop-off And The Corresponding Fees. The Administrative Need To Satisfy Is The Supply Of Lifting Equipment Caused By The Poor Condition And Need To Replace The Different Cranes By The Different Centers The Imsp, of daily and intensive use in order to be able to mobilize the different users safely.
