Description : The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the "1 lot Supply of Labor, Tools, and Materials for the Construction of Waste Storage" through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
