Description : The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the "Rental for the 1 lot Purchase of Common-use Office Supplies for 2nd Quarter CY 2025" through Section 52.1 (b) (Shopping) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
