I. SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
A. Objectives
This engagement shall have the following objectives:
1. Provide a plan of the deployment of LED wall and lights and sounds system fitting the needs of the BAGANI fellowship and the physical limitations and rules and regulation of the venue (BTC);
2. Provide reliable and high-quality LED wall and lights and sound system equipment for the duration of the 1st week of fellowship;
3. Ensure uninterrupted audio-visual technical operations throughout the duration of the 1st week of fellowship;
4. Support the effective delivery of presentations, lectures, performances, and program segments through professional technical services; and
5. Provide onsite technical personnel for setup, operation, troubleshooting, and dismantling of all equipment requirements.
