Description : The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the "1 Lot Food Provision for In-House Training and Orientation Program on HRMO Policies, Functions, Procedures, and Processes Series III" through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
