The Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Mines and Geosciences Bureau (DENR-MGB XII), Regional Office No. XII, Prime Regional Center, Brgy. Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City through the General Appropriations Act of 2017 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ISO, 14001:2015 (EMS) and OHSAS 18001.
The DENR-MGB XII now invites bidders for Training/Consultancy for ISO, 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001 which includes Training/Consultancy, Documentation and assistance for pre-assessment audit.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act".
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bid and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m Monday to Friday.
The DENR-MGB XII Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will hold a pre-bid conference to all eligible bidders on January 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m at the MGB XII Conference Room, Prime Regional Center, Brgy. Carpenter Hill, City of Koronadal which shall be open to all interested parties.
Bids will be opened on February 8, 2017 at 9:00 a.m with the presence of the bidders` representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
