1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a sterilization system to the Ordering Party. 2. The subject of the order should be implemented based on the assumptions specified in the Technical Specification (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), Product and Price Specification (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ), and on the terms and conditions specified in the contract template including the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ). 3.
