The scope of the subject of the order includes the execution of works construction and carrying out the construction completion procedure referred to in Chapter 5c of the Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended) [hereinafter Construction Law] for an investment task covering the implementation of scope II of the investment under the name "Construction of the Museum of Westerplatte and the War of 1939 - Branch of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk - scope 2". 1.1.
