The contract will be considered a written refusal of the Supplier to sign the contract. The Supplier shall transfer the smart (fuel) cards to the Buyer free of charge within three calendar days days from the date of signing the contract. If defects of smart (fuel) cards are detected, the Supplier must change them within five working days from the moment of receiving the application from the Buyer.
