(08) Successive collection, transport and management of waste marked in the waste classification with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 1. The subject of the order is - under the terms described in the contract, which will be concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, SWZ and in the Contractor's offer - successive collection, transport and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party classified under the code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11. 2.Waste may only be subjected to R1 and/or R12 recovery processes, as defined in the Waste Act of December 14, 2012. (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023.1587, as amended)/Annex IA to Regulation (EU) 2024/1157 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 on shipments of waste, amending Regulations (EU) No. 1257/2013 and (EU) 2020/1056 and repealing the Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006, where "subjecting to a recovery process" means the initiation and completion of this process. 3. The Subject of the Order includes: a) part No. 1 - constituting the fraction of ballast waste with energy value from the waste sorting process municipal in the amount of 9, 400 Mg (+/-) 10 Mg (quantitative differences may result from storage conditions and the technical and technological solutions used in the system...
