1. The subject of the order is: - at ul. Grota - Roweckiego on the section from the newly designed tram and bus loop "Borowska Szpital to the intersection with Kurpiow and Wspolna streets - development of a two-variant program and spatial concept together with obtaining all necessary opinions and - in ul. Grota - Roweckiego on the section from the newly designed tram and bus loop "Borowska hospital to the intersection with Iwaszkiewicza Street - based on the selected variant of the program and spatial concept referred to above - development of complete design documentation (i.e. design construction, detailed designs, technical specifications, bills of quantities and cost estimates) along with obtaining all necessary arrangements, opinions, permits and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of construction works, including the final decision to authorize the implementation of the investment road (ZRID). 2.
