On behalf of Holcim Polska S.A. I invite you to submit a commercial and technical offer for the comprehensive installation of a new cable connector power supply (LV variant) at the Małogoszcz Cement Plant. The subject of the order includes comprehensive security materials and implementation of installation and construction works in accordance with the attached detailed design. 1. Scope of work and subject of the order. The work should be performed in accordance with the detailed design of the electrical industry developed by Integro. Detailed the scope includes: Adaptation works at the S02 station: Dismantling of the existing equipment in bays no. 61 and 62 in the SO2 switchgear (Section no. 8). Adaptation of bay no. 61 for a cable duct by installing cable ladder structures for the line. Installation of a new one air circuit breaker type MTZ1 08H1 3P (In = 800A) in field No. 62. Equipping the outflow with a network parameters meter (analyzer) along with a semi-indirect energy measurement system and integrating it into the Investor's superior control system. Construction of an LV cable line 0.4kV: Purchase and installation of a new cable line with parameters 4x (3xYKXs1x185 mm2) over a distance of approximately 235 m. Running the line along the existing cable track, overpass and along the belt conveyor structure over the road, in accordance with the drawing PW-E-PZT. ATTENTION: Before starting the works, the Contractor is obliged to carry out calculations of the mechanical strength of the supporting structures (routes and bridge over the road) for the additional load of the cable line.
