Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is - on the terms described in the contract to be concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, SWZ and in the Contractor's offer - successive collection, transport and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party. classified under code 20 01 08 - biodegradable kitchen waste. Waste can only be subjected to the R3 recycling process, leading to loss of waste status in accordance with Art. 14 of the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023 1587 as amended d.). 2. Type of waste: Waste classified under waste code 20 01 08 - biodegradable kitchen waste, originating from selective collection, in the amount of 9, 000 Mg (+/-) 10 Mg (quantitative differences may result from storage conditions and technical and technological solutions used in the weighing system), but not less than 900 Mg (minimum benefit). Waste packaging: bulk waste. 3.Waste Collection: 1)Waste will be transferred and collected only on the basis and in accordance with written [form under pain of nullity] individual orders of the Ordering Party addressed to the Contractor and delivered by e-mail, specifying the amount of Waste and the date by which the Ordering Party expects their collection. 2) The ordering party will submit unit orders, when the amount of Waste collected by him to be collected in one day will be at least 16 Mg, 3) The Contractor will collect Waste while maintaining the following infrastructure requirements...
