1.The subject of the order is: 1) delivery to the Ordering Party of a brand new (i.e. produced in 2025 or 2026), unused, complete, undamaged self-propelled gantry turner for compost piles on a tracked chassis for working in piles with a base of 5000 mm and a cross-sectional area of ​​min. 6.2 m2 [hereinafter referred to as the "turner", "machine"] together with an operational test of the turner and training of the Ordering Party's designated staff (up to 10 people) in the scope of operation technical turner and installed telematics system for monitoring the turner's operation, operation and maintenance, 2) performing services within a period of 24 months or 2, 000 mth, depending on which comes first (hereinafter referred to as services), 2.
