Ikomm is a municipally owned limited company that provides IT services to 11 owner municipalities (after which two municipalities are currently assessing ownership), as well as several private actors including Norlandia Health Care Group Ikomm would like to strengthen its contract coverage within the network and plans to enter into a framework agreement with one to three tenderers in order to cover the need for network infrastructure for i.a. town halls, schools, nurseries and health centres. **See also attached information regarding completed market dialogues.** Icomm ́s customers are in different phases of establishing, "onboarding", commissioning and maintenance, as well as the customers having different equipment from several manufacturers. Ikomm AS is planning an announcement in Norway. The contract was signed in September 2024 for a framework agreement for network equipment (e.g. switches, wireless access points etc.).
