1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN and its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY- FIVE PESOS AND 00/100 (P 207, 955.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GENERAL MERCHANDISE AT MENRO, LGU-Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, PRN: 014-RFQ-2026. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Mode of Procurement is Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of R.A. No. 12009.
