011/2018 Supply & Installation of EPOS System
Description : The University of the West of England invites expressions of interest with a view to purchasing and implementation of new hardware and software systems for Electric Point of Sales) EPOS into all 16 catering outlets across the UWE estates as well as Exhibition and conference Centre and the addition of Epos units which can be used during functions.
Some of the units will require a maintenance support agreement that will cover 7 days a week, from 6am to 11pm at night.
The breakdown of the requirements are as follows:
*33 EPOS tills plus 4 spare (Onezone 4; Starbucks 3; Cribs B 2; Cribs Q 1; R2 1; VillageStore 2; UEZ 2; FBL 2; Street 2; Glenside 3; Phaz 1; Bower 2; ECC 5; Bristas 1; Coffee pod 1)
*Kitchen printers and till printers
*Magnetic swipe for card readers on each till
*Finger print recognition for log on and time management of staff
*2 scanning terminals for product creation
*2 stocktake scanners
*EPOS to include Customer facing marketing screens on main tills.
*Waiter pad option included
*Stock Control interface with back office system
*Interface to Agresso financial system
*Recipe & Allergen Management
