Tender are invited for 260 CY earth excavation; 379 cy channel excavation; 486 SY of 4" topsoil furnish and place; 462 SY erosion control blanket; 170 SY of 8" hot-mix asphalt pavement (full-depth); 270 SF of 5" portland cement concrete sidewalk; 260 FT furnishing steel piles HP 14x73; 944 FT of 4" paint pavement marking; 107 LF of 4" pipe underdrains for structures. Notes : Any contractor desiring to submit a bid shall be prequalified in accordance with the rules of the Department, adopted at 44 Illinois Administrative Code Section 650, prior to being granted authorization to bid. Pre-qualification cut-off due : 02/16/2018 04 : 30 PM. Prequalified contractors desiring to bid as a joint venture must submit the properly completed documentation no later than 4 : 30 PM prevailing local time, March 02, 2018.
