1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN and its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 (P 180, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSULTING SERVICES (GOOD GOVERNANCE AND DISASTER RISK REDUCTION CONCERNS CONSULTANTS AT LGU- JASAAN, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, PRN: 007-RFQ-2026. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Mode of Procurement is Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of R.A. No. 12009.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF JASAAN now invites contractors to submit proposals under the contract for CONSULTING SERVICES (GOOD GOVERNANCE AND DISASTER RISK REDUCTION CONCERNS CONSULTANTS AT LGU- JASAAN, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental. Completion of the Works is required within 15 Calendar Days.
