The Federal Bureau of Investigation requests open market pricing for the following product listed below. The NAICS code is 334515, Instrument manufacturer for measuring and testing electricity and electrical signals.
The FBI has a requirement for a PCle Bus Exerciser to support test and debug for several PCle-based systems that the FBI has developed. Specific functional requirements of the Exerciser system include:
Qty 1
1. Shall generate PCle data link layer packets and transaction layer packets that can be completely customized in order to test various failure modes and verify system reliability.

2. Shall include a powered PCle hosting platform that the exerciser emulation card and the PCle-based Unit Under Test (UUT) will both plug into.

3. Shall support PCle Gen1, Gen2 and Gen3 protocols with data bus widths of x1, x4, x8 and x16.

4. Shall provide the ability to customize flow control.

5. Shall allow for the use of traffic based on recorded trace files from a Teledyne Lecroy Summit T3-16 PCle Bus Analyzer.

6. Shall provide a capability to record and replay traffic.

7. Shall allow for the introduction of error conditions.
Vendors must include in their quote all technical specifications included, brand/manufacturer information, part numbers and any licensing/software information. If this information is not included in the quote, the quote will be considered unresponsive. If vendor is not Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the product they are offering, vendor must show evidence that they are authorized to resell the product quoted (certification, manufacturer letterhead, etc).
Shipping: All deliveries under this order shall be FOB destination.
