hmms on behalf of lhsc and sjhc is looking to establish a long term partnership with a preferred proponent(s) for the supply of eeg electrodes skin preparation products. This category includes gels, pastes and any skin enhancement products to assist with eeg electrode application/adherence process. We encourage proponents to propose the most cost effective solutions possible while remaining in line with all requirements outlined.

All submissions must be accompanied by physical samples of each product proposed. The sample submission must follow the rfp timeline schedule and will be considered part of your overall submission. Any submission that does not have samples included may be considered incomplete.
Hmms on behalf of lhsc and sjhc is looking to establish a long term partnership with a preferred proponent(s) for the supply of mri compatible eeg electrodes as well as non mri compatible eeg electrodes, placement caps and harnesses. We are looking for electrodes that can be reprocessed, according to lhsc hospital-approved processes, in order to minimize overall costs. Disposable electrodes are also welcome and could be suitable but it is our experience that disposable is a more expensive approach. We encourage proponents to propose the most cost effective solutions possible while remaining in line with all requirements outlined.

All products submitted must be compatible with our current natus equipment (emu 40 headbox, emu 32 headbox). Any submission that is not compatible with our current equipment must also include a clearly outlined conversion plan of the required equipment for use of the proposed products. The plan must include any and all costs associated.

If you are proposing a solution that is conducive to reprocessing, you will need to indicate that your products meet our medical device reprocessing requirements.
