Project Description : This RFP is open to all suppliers.The City of Calgary (The City) and Calgary Transit are looking for a qualified vendor to supply special trackwork fastened on concrete ties including all turnout/fastening components and all other track materials to complete construction according to Calgary Transit required deliverables and specifications as well as in-street turnout spare parts for our preventive maintenance programThe Deliverables are included in two (2) Schedules.This procurement process is not intended to create a formal, legally binding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, two (2) times for two (2) years each time. The potential total term length is five (5) years.
