RFQ For Supply And Delivery Of Monitoring Equipment (Including Installation And Training Where Applicable) In Lao PDR, Thailand And Cambodia

ICEM Asia is implementing the referenced project on behalf of the Mekong River Commission (MRC). The purpose of the project is to strengthen trans-boundary environmental monitoring relationships, and to better understand the environmental changes and challenges associated with mainstream hydro-power dams on the Mekong River. The main areas that this project will focus on are hydrology and sediment, water quality and aquatic ecology, as well as fisheries and fish passages associated with hydro-power dams.

To support the project ICEM is seeking quotations for equipment from across these disciplines, as detailed in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) package (the package consists of an RFQ letter and an excel file that details quantities (Annex A) and technical requirements (Annex B) for the necessary equipment).

The equipment has three different delivery locations (one in each of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia). The detail of where each piece of equipment shall be delivered is included in annex B of the RFQ package.

ICEM welcome a quotation for any or all of the equipment detailed in the attached RFQ package (The bidder should only include item/s in the quotation , which they can supply). That is, the bidder do not need to quote for every item included in the RFQ. For example, you may only be able to supply some of the equipment or you may only be able to supply equipment to one of the three countries).

As per the instructions in the RFQ package, the quotation should include the price as well as the technical specifications of the products you are offering. The prices offered should be quoted in Euros and the quotation including technical specifications should be provided in English. Your quotation should be sent via email to ICEM, care of:
