ETPRF.RU is the third largest electronic marketplace in Russia, the official electronic marketplace of the State Corporation (Rostec), United Aircraft Corporation, JSC (Promsvyazbank) and JSC (Russian Agricultural bank) and many others. Procurement opportunities worth more than 1 (one) trillion rubles were published on ETPRF.RU in 2018.

The Chamber of Commerce of The Russian Federation has chosen electronic marketplace ETPRF.RU to organize e-trading communication within BRICKs member countries in 2017. In 2018 an agreement was reached to publish on ETPRF.RU all commercial procurement of organizations of the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan, which consolidates commercial purchases of the countries of the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
