Procedure open for the assignment of the printing service, enveloping and integrated management of correspondence and delivery of Tari documents for a period of 36 months, divided into 2 lots

Open Procedure for the assignment of the printing, enveloping and management serviceintegrated correspondence and delivery of Tari documents for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months, divided into 2 (two) lots.
Service of printing and enveloping of Ta.Ri communications and integrated management of correspondence.
Each competitor (single company / RTI / Consorzio) must satisfy, also in accordance with the provisions of the Disciplinary of the Tender, the following conditions:
a) registrationfor activities pertaining to the services in question in the Register of Companies or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence in the case of an EU State, in compliance with the provisions of art. 83, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;
b) for lot I only: possession of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2009 quality certification issued on the basis of the ISO 45012 standard;
c) for theonly lot II: possession of the individual license, issued pursuant to the D.M. Minstero of Communications February 4, 2000 for delivery of postal services and General authorization, issued pursuant to the same decree for the other services;
d) there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
The supplementary provisions of this Announcement including the latterfurther causes of exclusion are contained in the Disciplinary of Tender and its annexes, which can be freely viewed and downloaded together with the final project based on the tender from the client's profile at the URL www.amaroma.it. Also for the purposes of paying the contributions due - pursuant to art. 1, c. 65 and 67, of Law 266/2005 - by the economic operators that I intendno to participate in the tender referred to in this Announcement, the code identifying the tender and the following: Lot I: 7326567A58 Lot II: 7326580514.
The payment methods can be viewed on the website http://www.anticorruzione.it/portal/public /classic/Servizi/ServiziOnline/ServizioRiscossioneContributi. All declarations, under penalty of exclusion, must be drawn up and signed in accordance with and for�effects of D.P.R.445 / 2000, as well as enclose a photocopy of a valid ID document of the subscriber. For each lot, AMA SpA reserves the right to:
a) proceed with the awarding of individual lots even if there is only one valid offer, if deemed appropriate and convenient;
b) not proceed with the awarding of individual lots if no offer is found convenientdonea in relation to the contractual object;
c) suspend, re-submit or not to award the tender motivatively also with reference to one or more lots; d) not to stipulate the contract of individual lots motivated even if the award has previously occurred;
e) proceed with the awarding of a single lot or in any case not all the lots of the tender procedure. They will be excluded froml the competition for which there is one of the grounds for exclusion pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 and, in particular, pursuant to article 80 of said Legislative Decree. For each lot, bids equal to or greater than the amount placed on the basis of bidding, as well as incomplete, partial and / or conditional bids / offers are not permitted.
Abnormally low bids are identified and evaluated on the basis ofand provisions of article 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, applicable to the criterion for the award of the most economically advantageous bid. Subcontracting is permitted according to the provisions of art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. Information and clarifications on the tender documents can be requested from the General Management - Purchasing Service by PEC at the address indicated in point I.1, no latern beyond the deadline of 1:00 pm on 01/17/2018. The clarifications will be published in electronic format on the site referred to in the sub-point. I.1. Communications to competitors will be made in accordance with the provisions of articles 29, c.1, and 76, c.5 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 by PEC and with a specific publication on the AMA website, in the Tenders and Suppliers section. . It is specified that, with reference to the Contratto that will be signed with the winner of each lot, the regulation on the traceability of financial flows pursuant to Law 366/2010 applies. Furthermore, it is specified that the contractor of each lot with which the contract will be signed, during the execution of the latter and throughout its duration, must keep AMA constantly updated with regard toonservation of the possession of the requisites required by article 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and of the Disciplinary of the Competition. The competitors, as part of the economic offer, must indicate their labor costs and business costs in the field of health and safety in the workplace, pursuant to Article 95, c. 10 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. The competitors, with the submission of offers, withfeel the processing of their personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, for the competition and contractual requirements. AMA does not make use of an arbitration clause which, therefore, is not contractually provided for. This procedure was authorized by resolution of the Board of Directors 39/2017.
