The annual amount of mixed household waste generated by the living, commercial, manufacturing and other activities of wheatresidents and inhabitants of the three municipalities amounts to a total of about 19 500 tons. The municipalities, according to the latest topical analyzes of the morphological composition, are approximately the following: Kyustendil municipality 18,971 tons / year, Nevestino Municipality - 400 tons / year, Treklyano municipality 47 tons / year
The participant should be authorized to carry out activities waste treatment issued under thethe order of art. 67 of the Waste Management Act - and for foreign persons an equivalent permit, according to the legislation of the Member State where they are established - Applicable information on the eligibility requirement, the participants fill in Part IV: Selection Criteria, Section A: (2) of the EEDOP, as described therein. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Actof the requirement, participants must provide a document proving the existence of such an authorization - and for foreign persons an equivalent document under the law of the Member State in which they are established - For the last three financial years ended (2014, 2015 and 2016 (d), the participant should have achieved a minimum total turnover of 2 600 000 (two million six hundred- Required information regarding the above-mentioned requirement for economic and financial condition, the participants fill Part IV: Selection Criteria, Section B: Economic and Financial Condition, Item 1a) of the EEDOP, as described in it.

When, for objective reasons, the participant is not able to submit the documents requested by the Contracting Authority, he can prove his economic and financial standingwith any other document in order to cover the requirement set by the Contracting Authority.
A participant meeting the conditions of Art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the requirements of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, as well as the circumstances under Art. 3, p.8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons related to them and their real owners
2. The Contractor requires the participant designated to provide a performance guarantee in the amount of 5% of the value of the contract to ensure its implementation. The performance guarantee shall be providedtakes one of the following forms: - cash, - bank guarantee, - insurance covering the performance by covering the contractor's liability.

In case the participant chooses toa bank guarantee, it should be in an original issued by a Bulgarian or a foreign bank with a term of validity of at least 30 / thirty / calendar days more than the term proposed for the execution of the order The bank guarantee must be unconditional, irrevocable and required at first written request in which the Contracting Authority stated that the contractor did not fulfill a contractual obligation In the event that the participant chooses to provide insurance, which ensures the performance through coverage of the contractor's responsibility, all costs of conclusion of the insurance contract shall be at his expense. He is obliged to pay the premiums due to the insurer to maintain the insurance coverage of 5% of the value of the contract for�the term of its validity and at least 30 calendar days after its expiration, so that the amount of the guarantee received by the Assignor is not less than the amount specified in the present procedure
