Zululand District Municipality would like to invite interested suppliers to submit quotations for the Golden Games Ugu District Municipality September 2019.
Hiring of Buses from 10 to 12 September 2019.
· 2 X 80 Seater buses
· Road worthy certificate
· Drivers with valid driver s license and PDP
· Driver with sober habits.
· Transport Golden games players from various pick-up points in all 5 local municipalities within Zululand District jurisdiction on 10 September 2019, Tuesday morning to UGU District Municipality, MARGATE-(UGU SPORT AND LEISURE) for parade at 16H00. Then go to accommodation.
· Transport players from accommodation to playing fields (UGU SPORT AND LEISURE) during the games on 11/09/2019 to return to accommodation.
· Return date: 12 September 2019 (Thursday) departing from Margate.
Pick up points: start time 06H00 both buses
Bus 1: NPG Emkhwakhweni- Ophongolo Municipality offices (town) - NND DSD offices- NKU Local Municipality offices- proceed to MARGATE
BUS 2: NPP Local Municipality offices (town) - NV Town next to standard bank-Emondlo total garage- proceed to MARGATE.
Please note that prospective suppliers are to submit a CERTIFIED COPY BY THE SAPS OF TAX CLEARANCE, BBBEE CERTIFICATE, DECLARATION FORMS AND CSD REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION with their quotation.
