Tender Details

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the

format in far subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written

solicitation will not be issued. Quotes from third party vendors will be accepted. This

solicitation, panngb-18-p-0000 081893, is issued as a request for proposal (rfp). This solicitation

document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition

circular (fac) 2005-97, effective 24 jan 2018.

The new jersey army national guard is scheduling yellow ribbon event's on december 2, 2018;

february 22, 2020; february 23, 2020. The meeting location must be within a 25-mile radius from

whippany, new jersey.

Contractor shall furnish conference/ meeting space, and meals necessary to hold the event in

accordance with attachment 1- performance work statement (pws). Please provide your proposal with
