Synopsis: The Government has a requirement for a Vanta C Series Handheld XRF Analyzer. The proposed unit will benefit the 908th Fabrication Flight`s Metals Technology Section. This XRF analyzer is a cordless, portable tool used to determine the exact alloy and elemental makeup of a wide range of metals. The analyzer uses a noninvasive nondestructive method to provide accurate metal identification within seconds. This type of analyzer is used in the aviation environmental, geological, recycling, regulatory compliance and manufacturing.
