Description: Modular X-ray two-circuit diffractometer, which is to be used for the analysis of polycrystalline materials (polymers). Depending on the type of analysis (qualitative and quantitative phase analysis, degree of crystallinity and crystallite sizes, determination of the degree of orientation of fibers (Hermans factor, phi-spinner scans), temperature-dependent structural changes in (moist) polymer fibers and films, investigation of structure formation processes up to 2 300 oC), the required components should be easily replaceable without readjusting the device. In particular, the switch between transmission and reflection geometry (standard operation of the diffractometer in transmission geometry) should be easy for the user to make and all necessary components and optics for both geometries should be included in the scope of delivery.
