Tender Details

This is a proposed follow-on action to call order p16pc00530 awarded to alpha construction and engineering under a blanket purchase agreement p13pa00018 for a construction manager for the construction project known as wrbr 152008 - rehabilitate wright brothers visitor center. The bpa has expired and the subsequent order is intended to be awarded against alpha's gsa schedule in order to maintain continuity between the on-site construction management representative (cmr). This action will be a new sole source task order to alpha for continued inspection and other construction management services under alpha's gsa contract gs-23f-0209n.



This new cm order will provide cm services from award through the end of the construction project and enough time to close out the project and get all required as-built documentation and o&m manuals. The existing cm services representative has covered the project since the construction contract ntp, october 2016. Continued contracting with the existing cm representative firm is in the best interest of the government in order to maintain the high level of efficiency and effectiveness in place and ensure continuity and proper coordination through the completion of the construction project.

A determination by the government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation is available.
