Description : The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for [World Health Survey Plus Technical Package Development which address the following objectives:

Develop a standard WHS+ questionnaire, verify skip patterns and fix inconsistencies based on the information provided.

Modify and finalize the standard WHS+ questionnaire modules by topic, including verification of indicator calculation algorithm.

Develop standard survey implementation protocol

Develop training material for WHS + field work

Develop a sampling/weighting methodology and manual

Develop standard analysis package
