Description : The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for World Health Mobile Phone Survey for COVID-19 which address the following objectives:

Produce representative national RDD mobile phone samples

Perform questionnaire adaptation and translation to fit local contexts

Provide all necessary information to compute survey weight

Make IVR using local languages

Deliver final data using format designated by WHO.

Develop a core analysis package with core analysis tables with technical note.

Develop a standard implementation package for local capacity building.

Provide other necessary technical document
