1. Object

10. Provisional bond

This deposit must be issued by a first-rate bank, approved by the Ministry of Finance under COBAC conditions.
The provisional guarantee will be released at the latest (30) thirty days after the expiry of the validity of the Offers for the unsuccessful tenderers.

11. Opening of the folds
The opening of the tender containing the administrative, technical and financial documents will take place on August 28, 2019 at 11:00 am . It will be held in the meeting room of the Municipality of Bandja by the Internal Public Procurement Commission sitting in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives duly authorized and having a perfect knowledge of the file. Only bidders may attend these opening sessions or be represented by one person of their choice duly mandated
The opening of administrative offers, technical offers and financial offers will be done in one (01) time only.
13. Attribution
The tenderer submitting the bid evaluated the lowest and fulfilling all the technical capacities required resulting from the so-called essential and eliminating criteria of the DAO, will be the successful tenderer of this contract,
14. Period of validity of the offers
Bidders will remain bound by their offers for ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of bids.
