Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Work of Curing and Calibration of Certain Drains in the City of Douala.

Consistency of the services
The works include:
L Installation and retreat of the site;
Establishment of the Implementation Project;
Brushing and demolition of any kind on the right of way;
Clearing and cleaning existing crossing structures;
Drainage of the drains on both banks with the adjustment of the sediments resulting from the cleaning on the banks;
Cleaning of outlets;
The cleaning of concrete channels and the evacuation of cleaning products;
Repair of the right feet of damaged concrete channels;
Cleaning or replacement of defective grids.

The sites of this project are: drain Tongo oa Bassa (Denver, Mounoumé); malangue valley-Logpom
Drains Sodiko city, Bonamatoumbe city, Bonamikano and Mabanda in Douala 4th arrondissement and Bobongo, Ndogpassi III, Ngodi Bakoko in the Borough of Douala 3rd; the concrete channel of Besseke, canals of the aviation highway.

Estimated cost
The estimated cost of the operation after the preliminary studies is Seven Hundred Fifty Millions (750 000 000) CFA francs:

Lot 1: Two hundred and ten million (210, 000, 000) CFA francs;
Lot 2: Three hundred and twenty-one million (321 million) CFA francs;
Lot 3: Two hundred and nineteen million (219, 000, 000) CFA francs.

Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, specifying:
- Lot 1: four million two hundred thousand
(4, 200, 000) CFA Francs;
- Lot 2: six million four hundred and twenty thousand
(6, 420, 000) CFA Francs;
